Booking conditions. Simple and simple.

Rebooking guarantee: there is a free rebooking guarantee on all our bookings. 

✔ Rebook up to 2 weeks before arrival.
✔ Included free of charge as a service for new bookings.
✔ Rebooking only possible within the same year.
✔ Rebooking is possible to a period and accommodation that are currently available on the website and the additional price will be charged. Reduced prices will not be charged.
✔ Rebooking can be applied twice. 

Exchange Guarantee does not apply to Lodge Long Rentals and Camping Season Packages. Then the RECRON conditions apply, see below. 

Cancellation fund: when booking, you have the option to take out extra security by means of the cancellation fund. The cancellation fund does not apply to seasonal packages and lodge long stay.  

Money back in case of cancellation.
✔ Possible up to 24 hours before arrival.
✔ Regardless of the reason.

Furthermore, your rights and obligations are regulated in the RECRON conditions. When making a booking you agree to these.

These agreements were made in consultation with the Consumers' Association and the ANWB. The cancellation conditions, if you have not chosen for the cancellation fund when making the booking, are also regulated in these conditions. Read these carefully, then you know exactly where you stand at Holiday Park De Krakeling.
